Team Jersey Mesh
An open-mesh polyester jersey built for names and numbers. The mesh sets a minimum type size, and a name is artwork like any other, so it gets reviewed.

Printing is charged on top of the garment and depends on the method, how many positions you print, and how many colours are in the artwork. The studio quotes the two together, calculated on our server. How the bands work.

Garment care
Machine wash cold. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not bleach. Do not use fabric softener.
Care once printed
Wash inside out, cold, on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly on the printed area, and do not use bleach or fabric softener on it. Wash printed garments separately for the first two cycles.

What limits this body
- Names and numbers are available on this body. A player name is treated as artwork and goes through the same review as an image.
- Direct-to-garment is unavailable on polyester mesh.
- Sublimation is available on White, Silver and Gold only.
- Open mesh structure. Small type below 1 in tall breaks up between the holes.

Dashed edge is the printable boundary. The inner line is the safety margin, and artwork that crosses it risks landing on a seam or a hem. Placement tolerance on press is plus or minus 3 mm.

Method limits apply on top of these. Embroidery, for example, works to a 4 by 4 inch field regardless of how large the garment position is. The studio applies whichever limit is smaller and tells you which one it used.

Sublimation dye is transparent, so it cannot cover a coloured ground. Available on light colourways only. Seams and underarms take dye unevenly on full-panel artwork.

Polyester has no cotton fibre for the pigment to bond to. The print would sit on the surface and lift within a few washes.
Measurements
Team jersey and shorts. All figures are measured flat and doubled where relevant. Tolerance is plus or minus 1 cm. A garment measuring inside that tolerance matches its label.
