How reviews work here
Customer reviews are worth reading only if the rules behind them are honest, so the rules are on this page above the reviews themselves.
Our rules
Only from people who bought and received the order
A review can only be left against a completed order, from the email address that placed it. We do not accept reviews from anyone who has not received goods from us, and we do not write reviews ourselves.
Negative reviews stay up
We do not delete a review because it is unflattering. We remove one only where it contains someone's personal information, an unlawful statement, or artwork that breaches our own rules. If we remove a review we tell the person who wrote it why.
Any incentive is disclosed on the review
If a customer received a discount, a credit, free product or anything else in return for writing a review, that fact is shown next to the review itself, not buried in a policy page. The same applies to any paid partnership with a creator or a club.
No filtering or reordering to hide the bad ones
Reviews appear in the order they were left. We do not sort by rating by default, and we do not suppress low ratings from the average.
The average is the real average
Where we show an average rating it is calculated across every published review, including the ones we would rather not have.

No reviews published yet
This shop is new, and no customer review has been through verification yet. Rather than fill this page with something we made up, or with quotations that cannot be traced to a real order, we are leaving it empty until there is something genuine to put on it.
The first reviews will appear here as soon as the earliest orders are delivered and their buyers have had a chance to write one. Each will carry the order date, the garment and the method, and any incentive that was involved.
If you have ordered from us
We email once your order has been delivered and invite a review. You are under no obligation, we do not offer anything in exchange, and a low rating will not affect how we handle your next order.
If something went wrong, please tell us before you write about it. Most problems with a print job are fixable in a week, and we would rather fix it than read about it. Returns and refunds
Judging us before there are reviews
Until this page fills up, the most useful thing we can offer is a single piece printed on the real press with the real ink, in your hand, before you commit to a batch. It costs less than a wrong decision on forty-eight shirts.
