Garment care
Spot clean only. Do not machine wash. Air dry away from direct heat.
Care once printed
Wash inside out, cold, on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly on the printed area, and do not use bleach or fabric softener on it. Wash printed garments separately for the first two cycles.

Colour names describe the garment as dyed. Screen rendering of a colour name is not a colour match, and printed ink on that garment is a separate approximation again. How we handle colour
What limits this body
- Embroidery only.
- The crown is a continuous panel with no seam to register against, so we hoop against the sweatband. Position tolerance is plus or minus 3 mm.
- Two sizes rather than one size fits all.

Dashed edge is the printable boundary. The inner line is the safety margin, and artwork that crosses it risks landing on a seam or a hem. Placement tolerance on press is plus or minus 3 mm.

Method limits apply on top of these. Embroidery, for example, works to a 4 by 4 inch field regardless of how large the garment position is. The studio applies whichever limit is smaller and tells you which one it used.

A cap crown is curved and fused stiff. A flat screen frame cannot make contact across it, so the image would print only where the mesh touches.
- M2DTG Direct-to-GarmentBlocked
A cap will not lie flat on a print platen, and the print head cannot clear a structured crown.
- M3DTF Transfer FilmBlocked
A heat press platen cannot reach inside a structured crown to apply even pressure. Without even pressure the film only bonds at the high points.
- M5Heat Transfer VinylBlocked
Vinyl needs firm even pressure across a flat surface. A curved cap crown gives neither, so the film lifts at the edges within a wash or two.
- M6SublimationBlocked
Cotton twill will not take the dye, and a curved crown cannot be pressed evenly at sublimation temperature.
Measurements
Adult tees and tanks. All figures are measured flat and doubled where relevant. Tolerance is plus or minus 1 cm. A garment measuring inside that tolerance matches its label.
